It was a group of them who got banned for being dicks to a new member. The post in the banned thread says “3 days for everyone except PackCon, he gets a month for not learning the first time”

I tried dumping my pre in my mouth and chasing it with water, but almost gagged lol. I mix mine with water in a shot glass sized tupperware container and take it like a shot

I do seated calf raises and leg press calve raises after leg day. Usually a total of 5-6 sets anywhere from 10-25 reps. I have small calves though, so don't listen to me.

Welp, the strenf gains were fun but it's time to cut. In typical fashion, I'll probably be successful getting down to 12-15% and then hate how skinny I look and decide to get fat again. I'm hoping not to do that, but I know that's exactly what's gonna happen. According to the bb.com lbm calculator, at 10% bodyfat I'd be 194 lbs if I lose 0 muscle, which I know is too ideal to happen. Hopefully with this bulk's strenf gains I can be happy with my size as I get leaner. We shall see.

As far as training goes, I'm going to continue 5/3/1 in order to preserve as much strenf as possible. My goal is to keep my maxes where they are. Last cut, squats and deads stayed the same, but I lost like 15 lbs on bench, so hopefully 5/3/1 will preserve that.

For diet, I plan on slowly lowering my calories by subtracting around 100 calories worth of carbs every 2 weeks until I reach my TDEE. Once there, I'll eat at around a 250-400 calorie deficit.

I'm pretty disciplined with food when I cut. It's bulking that makes me say fuqqit and eat two boxes of oreos...that's why I always go from 12 to 20 % bf when I bulk.

Well, it'll take me a few weeks to gradually cut to my TDEE, so I'd say maybe the beginning of March. What's your goal? To cut from 8% to -3%?

I hear ya on getting ready for the beach unveil..

I have until mid March to bulk up a little and clean up some lines. 1.5 months...not enough time but, I’m going to see what I can do.

Thought I was on to something new. Reading about adding salt to preworkout, basically increasing sodium. It can add fullness to muscles and help with “the pump”. Tried it last week bc I had a “bro” type workout. I don’t think I noticed any additional “pump” so I tried it again today with my more traditional leg day and I wanted to vomit the whole time so I think I’m debunking the myth. My quads did look pretty good post workout tho but alas..no more salt for me :puke:

Probably already used it or someone else’s. I think it’s a first timer code so maybe it doesn’t work if you’ve ordered with them before :notsure:

They usually always have a sale going on and I think it’s usually better than the code anyway. I’m about ready for a reorder too

First time I ordered from them which is why I thought it was weird. Maybe because the protein was already on sale.

I’ve started a lot of fights and arguments by saying “I’m having the hardest time gaining weight.” Losing weight is easy, everyone just loves food too much :notsure:
