    I was asked to post up the damage to
    My seat covers a few minths back and i completely forgot to.

    This is how the clazzio seat covers look after about 1.5yrs of use. About 60,000kMs. Regualrly wiped down with a wet clothe and treated with mothers treatments. This is the driver seat.

    I’m not sure i would get another set.

    @Clazzio

    They recently took care of me under warranty. Great company to deal with. :thumbsup:

    They had issues with their vinyl supplier that has since been taken care of. The replacement cover feels a lot softer.

    Yeah, just not sure i want another set. I’ll give em a call. This js just baffling to me. I’ve had a lot of products on my tacom this past year fail from accessory companies, i’ve been through a lot of warranty issues. Is quality gone now?

    Really thinking i should have went katskin. Will see though.

    They admitted that there were issues with their previous vinyl supplier and have since corrected the issue. I’m hoping that the new cover lasts. I’m currently on my third set for 3 separate vehicles and this is the first one to have any issues, so I’m inclined to believe what I heard from Clazzio, rather than think it’s a scramble to keep their customer base.

    Colder climate may be a factor too.

    Doubt the cold has anything to do with it. I’ve had lesther, pcc, etc on vehicles here in Canada here before with zero issues. More then likely a bad batch as mentioned above.

    I’ve reached out as they have a three year warranty, sure they will handle it.

    I’m just getting tired of having products warrantied on this truck (ARE canopy, ARB Bumper, switch pro, ironman shocks, clazzio, james Baroud RTT), not to mention countless screw ups by an install
    Shop, which i am still dealing with. I swear quality and pride in ones work has gone down the tubes.

    I've had mine (leather) for a while too on my daily driver but don't look like that at all. They don't even look stretched. Sounds like you needed to stretch them better when you installed them. Shouldn't be hard to do. Are they leather or pvc?

    Hmm, that looks more like a major case of swass causing the issue. You should get that checked out;).

    It does look like a good retightening of the seat should help you out.

    Another happy clazzio customer. The blue stitch is awesome. Fit great. Also I installed them in 0 deg weather. Just left the covers inside untill I needed it to install. No issues, they are not hard..no need to heat etc.

    I just wanted to pop in and give some well deserved props to clazzio customer service. my covers are 2+ years old. I love them. they look OEM. i am developing a small wear area / cracking, on the driver side seat, where we all slide up and in to our trucks. noticed this about 2 weeks ago, figured i better do something about it. sent in a message yesterday afternoon, requesting pricing on a new seat cover, drivers side only. they asked for some pics, to see what was going on. sent in a few pics this am. they are going to send a replacement seat cover under warranty, freaking awesome, I did not expect that at all. they are a clazz act for sure over at Clazzio :thumbsup:

    @Clazzio :fistbump:

    They def have a great rep with us customers. Try that with another company. Others don't even offer replacement sections like Clazzio. They can only sell you another complete set.

    They are getting me a replacement cover ASAP to get this addressed. Not sure when I will see it but they will get me one they assured.

    So great customer service, still not sure, I am going to keep them though. Might post up a set of basically brand new seat covers(nobody sits in the back seats, passenger once in a blew moon, and i’ll Have a new driver set here shortly)

    Will see.
