    A lot of stuff.
I'm interested in the function of these lights, after install please report back as to there function.
    1. Concerning these "DRL" lights, will stock lights location for"DRL" will be disabled and be signal lights only?
    2. When the switch is placed in DRL mode, do just these new DRL bars light up, or do I have to place the switch in Parking Lights Mode?
    3. If the above #2 is true, what happens when the switch is placed in DRL mode. -Nothing?

The reason I ask, I tried some lights that were similar from Spyder. All Spyder Headlights disable the vehicle's DRL mode from activating the headlights DRL bar, similar to these lights and only work in PARKING MODE .. so I had to return them because DRL mode no longer functioned on the switch. Sypder told me this is how ALL there headlights work..

I also have your same tail lights. I really like them. I wish the white bar was dark until activated to help dark out the truck.

I'm interested in the DRL questions as well. Regarding the tails you ordered, does the white bar activate with the DRL switch? Or is it always on?

I have the taillights I think he's talking about, and the bar on mine does not activate with the DRL switch. It comes on when the headlights are turned on only. It also doesn't blink or anything, just stays solid all the time.

Chad, any chance you can explain how those tails work in each "mode". Or is there a diagram around? Maybe the different manufacturers of those style lights have different boards.

Mine are "DT Moto," like $130 on eBay, look just like Chad's.

In off mode, light bars are off. In DRL mode, light bars are still off. If in the next click (I guess parking lights), the light bar comes on. And the last click, headlights on, light bar is on.

The bar only stays lit, it doesn't flash or get brighter with the brakes.

The LED squares in the middle are used for brake lights/turn signals.

Thank you both! I love my DRL switch and rarely use the parking light switch so would prefer them to be DRLs... I'm sure I could figure out some thing.

I also leave DRL on all the time. I am glad the taillights don't light up the bars in this mode, I would think they'd burn out 100x sooner if they were on all the time.

I hadnt really thought about it like that.

I run my parking lights and fogs pretty much every time I drive the truck.

With how inexpensive these are...I wouldnt mind paying for another set if anything were to happen.

    No problem dude!!!

    Its like he said

The LED pads are the turn signals

    Revers lights are standard

The fiber optic tubes are just for visibility

I would also add, these taillights are much better fit/finish than I expected. They line up in there as good as the OEM. They don't leak, work perfect, just plug them in.

My issue with DRL vs Parking Lights is Parking light mode dims the head unit. It can be a bitch to see in the bright sun without it dimmed. Parking light mode makes it look completely black.

Hey new guy, get in here and give us a review.
