My mother in law just bought this the other day without consulting me. As a mechanic I am scratching my head over this as to if there is something I might not know. Since when did the cig lighter get connected to the ECU, as it says in the video. It collects the extra interference makes it more stable then sends it back(back to were?)

Anyone seen this yet or tried it? Whats your thoughts about it. Within a week I will know for sure whether this new fuel saver works.
