There's a spring perch spacer and a top plate spacer. There are 2 different conversations going on right now.

Just throwing this out there for those looking to use Dakars or other leaf packs out back with this setup. I sent Marie @ headstrong a quick note about using this set, with Dakar leaf pack and this is what what she had to say.....

"Yeah I have seen several people mention it however I feel like some people are going to be disappointed.

It isn’t the same as the aftermarket 6112/5160’s so they don’t provide the same lift and the rears don’t accommodate the same lift ranges as the aftermarket suspension does. I have two customers pull the trigger on it but once we went through it they had to cancel their orders. To be honest they are in your exact same boat......

..........The rear shocks are a stock replacement and are not meant to accommodate any rear lift which means that the shock will top out and limit the droop from the leaf pack which can cause damage to the shock. The aftermarket 5160’s have different travel numbers and can accommodate the Dakar leaf pack."

I was worried about this as well, but figured I can purchase the 5160's later if needed. I was thinking of only doing a Deaver AAL. Wonder if that would still be possible instead of a total replacement.

I was thinking of a .5 to 1 inch lift in the back should work.

Well it sais those shocks allow for an extra 2" of travel so I figured they should be ok with my truck traveling 2" up!
