    I did a 50+ mile paddle trip through there with the Boy Scouts. It was about 15 years ago though. Not sure if that is helpful at all.

    Just trying to get an idea of what to plan, where are good spots to see and what length is good.

    There's like 30 drop in spots, so it looks like you just try to find areas you want to head to and factor in the portages.
