Funny you say that, because I threw out black immediately and was debating between the grey and white.

Not making me decision any easier.

I also have a white Tacoma but am torn on what color to go with. I feel like the white would be too much white especially with the flat panels with no other colors to break it up. What number are you? I’m number 52, so if you are a lot farther up than me, I would love to see pictures of a black camper on your white Tacoma when you get it!

I'm not on the waiting list yet, but I was actually thinking that the white might look nice on my quicksand... kind of a retro look.

The Go Girl converts an XX to be able to use a pee bottle just like an XY. It's like an upgrade.

I think black would look really good on your rig especially with the black rims and black fender flares that you already have.

If you generally travel in hot areas perhaps black wouldn't be the best choice because it absorbs too much heat.

The seal is attached to the panels. And there are interior stiffening ribs and hardware for the lift struts. And the front and rear edges are bent inward to protect the seal. So inverting them isn’t an option.

The panels do come off easily though, so folks could have them repainted, vinyl wrapped, or sprayed with plastic dip pretty easily if they wanted to switch it up :)

I want black - but I too am worried about it absorbing too much heat for the dog. I may have to go white and then vinyl to match the truck.

With no windows in the camper I wouldn't put the dog in the back. I plan to retrofit some small, sliding windows into the GFC whenever I get mine, so that windows can be opened for cross-ventilation to keep the dog comfortable. And will likely add 12v fans on the dog's crate, and/or windows to move even more air.

Yep, I want windows too - but they're not going to have them.... They're pretty inexpensive but then I have to install them...

Windows would be easy to install in flat plate aluminum. Just drill a starter hole and use a power jig saw with a metal cutting blade for the cut. Actually adding some portholes would be easy and relatively cheap. You can get portholes of plastic, bronze or aluminum in a variety of styles and sizes complete with screens . Hatches too.
