Lobster roll at point lobster, fishing for pickerel. Surf fishing for nothing, but still fun. There are some legal trails not far from JBMDL. OK4wd in stewartsville. Miles of coast and beaches. That’s about it.

You can get gas, lunch, cigarettes, bathroom, etc in one stop and it’s usually clean and good selection.

Point lobster in point pleasant. There’s no mayo on them just lobster and butter on a potato roll. They’re like $15 but worth it.

I fell in love with 7-11 burgers for a while. Until I got one with mold on it. And the restrooms are always “out of order”. I ask them where they shit if the bathroom is broken and get the blank stare. That is why wawa is superior.

Point Pleasant Beach has a nice boardwalk and some decent restaurants. , This time of year everything will be very "low-key", like most of the shore towns

The rides and stuff are closed now but there’s arcades open. You can check seaside heights too for the same stuff. If you go to point lobster seating is outdoors only but they will have it enclosed with heaters. It’s down n dirty style but fresh as can be. If you have kids check iplay American in freehold. Like an indoor amusemant park with rides and stuff.
