My 2017 Tacoma has had both rear quarter panels caved in. The first time I thought someone had backed into me. Had that repaired causing my insurance to go up. Just this week, it happened again and the same damage pattern as the first time. Probably won't get them to admit that their wash did it. No more automatic car washes for me!! Trying to get pic's from the body shop on the first damage, but will post one today from the second time.

Welcome to TW, sorry about the damage from the car wash. I know my first door ding 2 years after buying was tough to take.

Always that uneasy feeling but look at it as added character now.

That's how I looked at getting a good sized door ding, also I wasn't so OCD about every little thing on my Tacoma after too. All and all I would of rather not have had it dinged, but it did lessen my stress of it staying perfect.

When I bought my 09, the first weekend I was out driving through the woods and got a few nice big scratches, wife responded with, well now it's yours. With my 17 I have been trying to keep it nice, dam its stressful.

Reason why I have a personal detailer to hand wash/detail my vehicles. On top of that, all the accessories I have and will have my truck is not car wash friendly.
