I'm still trying to figure out what the kid did. Maybe interrupt his loud obnoxious phone call in a public place?

 

Dunno. It looks like he barely touched the kid, but was the recipient of a pretty good hay maker. He'll probably sue looking for permanent disability, claiming he just had an involuntary leg spasm.

The man who kicked the child has Down’s syndrome. Doesn’t discount the child’s fathers reaction but it does help explain the poor decision of kicking the child.

Just last week I had my son with me at the post exchange food court and while we were eating an old woman tried to give him a toy and played with his hair. I was furious but held it in while I said no thank you to the toy and instructed her to stop touching my child. She acted like I stabbed her and was bitching about how mean I was. Whole time I had to yet again explain to my son that strangers aren’t to be trusted and are not allowed to touch him because like that lady, they are crazy, evil, and mentally deranged. Through it all, I just wanted to pop her in the mouth.
