I bought my first house right before the bubble. Had to wait it out and rent it for a long time, but it was worth it in the end

Doing the same with my house is Seattle. Didn't want to sell in 2007, so been renting it until now. Probably gonna keep it. Might retire in Seattle.

Has 3-car garage with 20 foot ceilings. Will be able to install my dream lift :p

Or utilities. People always need hydro and natural gas lol I bought a bunch of stocks in a few different marijuana stocks a little over a year ago before Trudeau got voted in when they were dirt cheap. It's now being legalized

I am actually pretty lucky. Our Kids have both been great sleepers. So barring the occasional illness or growth spurt, they sleep through the night. But when they don't, it's a doosie!
Lol...you ain't kidding. Luckily he only got it on the fitted sheet and my wife's pillow. So I stripped the fitted sheet and changed her pillow case. We slept on the mattress protector with the top sheet and comforter. The others are in the dryer now. The rest will get washed during daylight hours today. I might even run to Wal-Mart and get a couple extra sets...having only one set of sheets is becoming a bit problematic.

I go by the Moto, "You only lose it if you move it."

I was joking with my dad yesterday that I just won't look at my 401k until next year...

Once we got everyone settled back down we all were able to catch some zzz's. In fact the oldest is still sleeping and it is 8:45 local time here right now.

So I did swing by maaco first to see how much they would charge just to prime and paint it. Depending on price, I was going to have them paint it to save me this hassle. Anyone want to guess their estimate?

No not quite that crazy. $400! That was with no prep either. That’s more than powder coating it

That's not too bad, I was quoted 600 to have my cap vinyl wrapped silver.

That is not bad but the no prep part sucks.

Buy the vinyl and do it yourself. It is not that hard

In an effort to keep the rain at bay, I consolidated stuff and re-tarped it. Plus now it’ll dry a bit better with more heat in there.
