    Another question, once you use remote start can you still lock/unlock the truck? Also does the proxy entry work still? Lastly, what is the cut off time for the start?

    Yes, you can still lock unlock. As soon as the door opens it shuts off. Proxy entry still works, but as mentioned shuts the RS off when door is opened. Default is 15 min for runtime. Can be more or less depending how you want it to be. But, 15 is plenty.

    This. Almost every remote starter will shut the vehicle off when the door is opened as a theft deterrent. People act like it's the end of the world to have to start the vehicle in the same way they would every other day after getting in. First world problems.
