The Amber will have the same output but will offer reduced glare in poor conditions. I don't have any night shots during poor conditions, but here is a customer video showing the color difference between the two:

I am thinking about the opposite. Sport for fogs and Pro for ditch lights. Do the Sport put out plenty of light as ditch lights or do you feel like you want/need more?

Sports put out plenty of light- I had the combo lens on ditch brackets and they put out more light than four 500ff Hellas across the lightbar..

I've thought about having the pros up top and the sports in the fogs - the only thing was on my 2nd gen I got a bit of glare off the hood- I think going to 11 with Pros would just make it worse.. also the ditch lights get turned out to the sides, I would rather have more light down the road.

Looks good. Any chance you have any night shots of the light output? (I am guessing those are the sport model with wide cornering lenses...which is what I am looking for...just can't decide between clear or yellow).

    Yes they are the
Squadron-R Sport, Pair Wide Cornering, Amber
    SKU 587815

I'll get some night shots tonight. They are pretty bright. I only use them when it's foggy outside. To me the yellow cuts through the fog and you can see them better. The white light just blends in with the fog. I also like the way they look on my truck when not in use.

    Nice.
Looks is one reason why I am considering the clear more than yellow...I just think the clear would look better on my white truck. But I am function over form, so if yellow works better then who cares what they look like.

Amber (yellow) will certainly offer an advantage in poor conditions like snow, dust, fog, or rain. The Amber color allows for reduced glare and improved terrain recognition. White will also work! It just won't be as functional if you encounter those conditions.

How far down can you aim the fogs? The problem I’m struggling with currently is my caliraised wont aim down near far enough to be used as a viable fog light and just make people mad. I’ve attached a few pictures of them with just the fog and the fog+HID and they just don’t do it for me as a fog. If I switch to these will I be able to aim them down far enough to be a true fog light without fear of a gigantic gap in the bezel? Thanks for any help!

You can't aim them that much. But they seem to be pretty good. I had my wife drive at me with them on and also behind her. She said they were bright but not blinding or shining in her eyes.

Are you running the wide cornering or driving combo?
