Also, anyone here have experiences with hot tubs? Don't wanna fork out the cash for a pool because i refuse to carry debt and don't want to drain my self. I eventually will need a bigger house with a real shop anyways so a pool just doesnt make sense. Think a spa would be a good trade off but don't know anyone who has one.

Original price was 12k, now asking for best offer.

Obviously the crown vic aspect with the steering is a little low for Ryan so it’d be even worse for you. It was fine, but still slightly awkwardly low for me as a short(er) person.

I wanted the steal the mirror panda but refrained.

The wife and I want a project like that. It looks pretty rough for the amount of work done. Would need a frame off for what she wants. I rather have stocker and put the goodies we wanted into it. Looks cool though

I think 8 is fair. 6.5 is more realistic

No sir. Going to grade it down a bit but still keep a slant away from the house. Going to be a wood deck. 7"up at the house and about 10" and the furthest away point with is going to be 10' out from the house on the south side.

Still doing the maths to figure it all out tho.
