    EDIT: doing it that way, if u leave the switch in the ON positions, the lights will come on randomly while the truck is doing a self test lol ask me how I know :anonymous:

    Now I finally got it working the way it is suppose work. I had a brain fart and my failure had my head spinning. I just went out in the dark and rechecked everything with a cool head. Well was I surprised to find out I had added the female connector to the wrong prong on the fog relay. I had originally dont the right when I should have done the left :anonymous:

    you just reminded me of this dude who was going through training with my group. he didn't know how to use a meter. kept putting the leads on the same wire but at each end, expecting to see volts. when he didn't he would say that part of the circuit is bad. I tried taking him under my wing, show him how to use a meter. I said ok you like cars... what would happen if you put both leads on the positive battery terminal in your car? he said the meter would blow up...

    F it. definitey F it. he lasted 2 more days and my boss told him that he won't cut it. he was a transfer from another department, so at least he wasn't fired. he just went back to being a janitor
