I don't like black wheels either. I think they're a fad. I do like gunmetal though.

 

Not only is it a wood bumper, but he broke it again and it’s now held together with packing tape and electrical tape... can’t make this shit up

 

Just a flesh wound.

 

It’s kinda hard to see but I went with a dark bronze and black wheel. Looks lighter in person.

Tires are Cooper AT3’s. Pretty aggressive, supper smooth........but, (there’s always a but) a little noisy. It’s not like a mud tire noisy but you can definitely hear them going down the highway. 285/70r17’s btw.


Last couple of trucks I was also partial to BFG’s all terrains. They were regular KO’s though. Those were awesome.

 

I hate chasing gremlins. I'm back home now, I popped the relay back in the fuse box and it's working normally again. How TF am I supposed to troubleshoot a problem if I can't reliably replicate it.

 

Needs just a little redneck glue, duct tape. Will be good for the
Next 1000 bumps.

Basically took the words right out of my fingers.

 

Usually when you get random things like that it’s wiring issues and backfeeding from another circuit. Take a flashlight to the under hood fuse box and look below the fuses where the wiring is for mice. They like to sneak in next to the harnesses and chew wires, it’s their second favorite wiring to chew next to knock sensor wiring. The parking lights and headlights share a ground that’s splice in that fuse box.

 

Check the headlight bulbs and the harness. Maybe they're getting wet

 

Look in falken wildpeaks. They’re a lighter tire and still pretty aggressive looking. Not to mention a lot cheaper than ko2s. I’ve had mine for 30k and they’re still great

 

I'll have a look. I drove around for a couple of hours this afternoon without the issues coming back. I'd say I'm ready to pull my hair out, but I don't have any right now.
