OME 3 inch lift question

So I've emailed alot of company's but no one has responded I need to know which coils and struts to get for 14 DSCB that will have a steel bumper weighing about 120ish.

If not adding skids or a winch you should be fine with 885’s.

 

886 coils. 885's will sag too much with a big steel bumper on the front as you've described.

And no spacers, shims or anything up front? Those must be magical 885 coils then. My 886's sagged after a year with just a US Offroad bumper and winch, and they have a heaver spring rate. Doesn't make sense IMO.

 

Just the full 3” OME kit with 885’s.

Has 120k miles on the kit too.

Great looking truck when you say full 3" what is your set up are you running spacers?

 

It's the complete OME kit that has the 1/2" top plate spacers the get the full 3" lift. OME Nitro shocks with 885 coils and trim packer, Dakar springs in the back with Nitro shocks.

 

I'm guessing this got rid of most of your rake, that is what I am looking to eliminate for the most part but I am looking at the 886 coils.

 

I have about 3/4"-1" of rake. Not real noticeable over the LB.
