    need to learn more about this stuff
    what is the difference between 265/70/17 and LT265/70/17. i notice the LT weigh a ton more and can carry more of a load. but what is the difference if the size is the same? and why don't they have P or E rating on their diagram?

    SL=P

    E is 10 ply whereas SL(P) is 4 ply.

    It also appears the E is .2” taller and .1” narrower than the SL.

    They are also 6 pounds heavier. Doesnt sound like a lot but its enough to drop the fuel mileage.

    I would guess the added height probably comes from the increased tread depth of the E rated tire. That probably contributes to the weight difference as well in addition to the added plys.

    I have about 600 miles on them since install and have no complaints other than I had to remove my front mud flaps. Other than that for the price and performance I don’t think you can beat them. They rip through the rain and hold the pavement Great. Snow performance has been good but haven’t seen all that much since I had them out on. They really do seem to hold the road much better than my stock toyo’s. Noise, on asphalt they seem very similar to stock but are a bit louder on cement pavement but aren’t most tires that way.
    I love them and have no regrets with my purchase $510 shipped to local installer.
    Any they also look great as well.

    20-25k on mine. Still quiet, still wearing well. No complaints, except I got 285/70s instead of 35s

    Can someone post a pic of the wildpeaks on 17x9. 265 or 285
    Also im at the tire point now. Ive ordered my 3/2 lift and already have 17x9 with -12 offset LEVEL8 wheels, can I run a 285 70 17 without rubbing the cabmount on 3rd gen? That seems to be a problem on 2nd gen but couldnt find anything on the 3rd gen

    Hey @Discount Tire Direct. Can you tell me if they've come up with these sizes below, since your original post?

    Lifting doesnt have anything to do with being able to fit tires. Alignment plays a role, along with backspacing and tire width/ diameter. Having aftermarket UCAs that are adjustable like SPC will help, but you'll likely have to trim. If you drive anywhere other than a flat surface with the tires straight it'll rub.

    Getting 4 265/75/16 for $600.04 that pretty good? That’s mounted/balanced with certificates. From DTD

    Unfortunately, these sizes are not available. In a 255 the biggest size is 255/70R-16.
