    i would be a little careful with nylon in wet weather...it swells

    if you were ever interested in molding these. i could help you with a injection mold tool in China (China to keep costs down)

    Yes the back portion of the headliner will need to be dropped to gain access to the 3rd brake light assembly

    Also, if you're looking for molding capabilities, check out protomold they are in Michigan and I have used them before for prototype molding. They will build the mold for you and mold the material.
