I just called the number, said I wanted to file a fraud complaint, was asked a couple questions and they said I'd be getting a phone call in a few more days with more details (the fraud form via email)

My point was simply if that poster is upset enough to rant and rave about how much of an ass I am, I can't imagine what he has to say about people who feel his version of the Tacoma is a piece of garbage lol.

 

I’m very excited to see if anything interesting happens with Nathan, like he actually shows up for court or someone actually gets some money back. I’m not hopeful the last will happen but who knows.

The fact he shut everything down the day after I served him makes me think he won't.

 

He could access a public defender I think. It’s possible he’s exploring that option but I think he has to prove financially can’t afford a lawyer himself before he can access public resources.

I will add to this, I am out $60 for ditch light brackets for my 3rd Gen.
Everything was ordered, then things started to get fishy when the delivery dates weren't met, then no answers to emails. Tracked him down on FB and didn't mention my issues in my first messages to get them talking, then when I messaged later I was ignored. Then promised a refund, and now the page is gone.
