    And what will the price be? I don't see myself dropping almost $800 if it's priced the same as the 3rd gen model. It would have to do a lot on a n/a truck to get me to justify spending that much on an older car.

    Don't know what the speed limiter even cuts the truck off at but how fast are you driving it to need that? I've got a car for going fast.

    Just fyi knock on a stock 1gr is a very worst case senario as the powdered metal rod and hypereutectic pistons are not strong enough to remain in one piece under sustained knocking at load. If you realized you put in 87 for a 93 tune than do not put a lot of load on it and you should be ok. Honestly unless I trusted the person enough to put the right fuel in than either make a note of it or dont let them operate the vehicle. I've seen too many diesel in gas vehicles and too many gas in diesel trucks to many times to count.

    If not, there are VM solutions available. Parallels, VMWare and Virtualbox. I personally use Bootcamp for the few Windows apps I still need.

    thank you guys for being patient I know this part of the process is shitty as hell, (getting ECUs added)....I guess the good part of it they only have to be added ONCE to be available indefinitely.
