After updating my ios like a good Apple consumer, the Crux WVITY-01 device is no longer recognized by my iphone. message on phone reads: "unsecured network" and mirroring doesn't see Crux device. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Expensive device to be sitting in my truck like a brick.

I have the non-wireless version (Avity-01). When I updated entune in my truck, the crux unit stopped working reliably. After a few hopeless attempts at e-mailing support, I opted to call them. The told me to disconnect the crux unit from the back of the head unit and let it sit for about 5 min. I did this and replugged it in and all was well again. Unfortunately disconnecting the battery alone didn’t do the trick.

Ever get this figured out? Just bought one of these and am starting to realize it’s not going to work with my iPhone. Crux lists the AVITY-01 as not compatible with iOS 12+ and I would imagine it’s the same for this one.
