I’ll use my method I have for sealing them that has had one faulty leak for the 5+ years I’ve been offering these. I’m trying to make it right for him

 

If you already purchased the parts I'm sure you could send them back for a full refund since that's how 99.99% of businesses operate. Seems yours is the only one that doesn't. Hell I ordered some molle clips from Amazon recently and only received 9 of the 10 clips in the package. I asked Amazon if they could send me the missing clip and they sent me 3.

I'll give you a week or so to think about the refunds and if nothing has changed by then I'll let you know when the review video is on YouTube and the vendor review thread is posted here on Tacomaworld.

 

I may refund the tailights but not on the headlights. I haven’t offered refunds and don’t on custom built lights. I will pay for shipping back and fix the issue for you and I will make sure everyone knows that to. I’m trying my best to resolve for you it’s just all of a sudden after months they fog up like this and you want a refund and different lights from someone else

 

You are going to be childish and go post a little video when I have been a member longer than you and offering these longer than you have even been on here and you are the first issues in 5+ years and I’m making an effort to fix it for you

 

When i had ambiguous make a set of retros for me many moons ago, after a couple months one of mine started fogging. I took it out and used a hair fryer to dry out the inside. I then used a tube of clear silicone and sealed up all along the seam. This was all on the advice of the builder. I didnt have any problems afterward. He offered to fix, but i wouldve been out my only set of lights and he was on the left coast. It was just easier for me to fix myself. It is very frustrating paying high dollar for a product though and finding that its not right.

I do understand that shit happens and sometimes stuff gets screwed up. But a disgruntled customer will cost way more in the long run than doing a refund, fixing the lights, and reselling. Hopefully y'all get it resolved and everyone comes out happy.

 

Also I will let site moderators know I have tried numerous times to fix them for you at no charge so they can remove your review when you make it

I like the idea of a tonneau with rack but from what I can tell it would be a pain if you ever wanted to open it up. Getting anything from the front of the bed would be such a pain.

I do like that the cap since it has more usable space but if you go with an RTT it sticks way up there haha. And caps are so expensive.

The new jumanji was really good. Ruby roundhouse was definitely my favorite haha

 

Yeah the RTT would be high...cap could be had under 1k easily with how the used market is. Hell there is one for 800 in Fayettenam right now.

 

On another note, boogie core returned his oem lights once he received retrofits. He stated they were in great condition as that’s the only ones I will accept. Well once I received his lights back there were scratches all on the lens and big gashes on side be the reflector. I immediately texted and messaged him about the damage and that this wasn’t discussed when he told me about their condition. I never once received a message or text back to that at all. I had to trash them and go buy another set of lights

 

I keep waiting for you to post that.
