I live for this shit too. I'm quietly lurking in the background, staying entertained at work.

I wasn’t gonna post and give you benefit of the doubt but Now you just lost my business man. Don’t come in here and get mad at the customer ( who has been more than patient compared to most of us) for your over priced product that didn’t meet his standards. He has the right to do an honest review regardless if the mods want to remove it or not. If they do it would be shady. Also it would be dishonest and unethical on your part as a business. Your thread can’t be all sunshine and rainbows dude. You seem to make a good product from previous customers but that doesn’t matter because you aren’t taking care of this customer correctly. Maybe you need to re-evaluate your refund and or warranty policy. You are talking almost $2000 in lights that aren’t even an Offroad super functional mod that is mostly aesthetic and it failed. Own up to it and do the right thing. That is all the customer is asking. The product he wanted was not what he paid for and received. Fix it not just offer to repair it out of his convenience. I jabe Read through your thread and seen guys kicked out for asking quality control questions you didn’t answer. You should be able to be evaluated on your good band bad reviews so customer can Make an honest assessment before spending that much.

Nobody bashed you we simply saw your product in person and we’re not impressed and now you have shown us you don’t back it up. Up to now @boogie3478 has been more then patient and not blown up your thread or business.

I’m sure you make a good product but you should have done better with this customer. Live, learn and move on dont make it worse.

Thank you I respect your honesty. I am trying to do the right thing and fix it for him. I have never had this issue so it’s a first. I’m offering to make it right and fix it for him at no cost to him. I warranty all my products and craftsmanship so that’s why I’m trying to help him man

I don't understand this meme, but it's all over. I guess I would need to watch South Park to get it?

Moderators on here love honest product reviews. Did you miss the whole All-Pro thread where they were ignoring customers? All-Pro is no longer a vendor on Tacomaworld.

Do it. 100%. Unless you haul a lot of things that stick out way over your bed/roof, it's so worth it. I would definitely get a rack on top of the cap though, and a reinforced roof.

I’ve texted you and messaged you and no response other than you wanting to talk about me on here so that’s why I came here. What you want to do going forward so I can fix them

I will fix them for you and you won’t have another condensation problem and if you do truly have another condensation problem without messing with the lights and making them fog I will refund you. You gonna do anything about the damaged headlights you sent me

I think everyone deserves a second chance. I can understand you're frustrated @boogie3478, but I would give him the chance to fix it, free of charge, if that is truly what he is offering. I understand it may have taken awhile to get to this point, but as another poster said, live and learn. If I had paid that much for lights I would allow the manufacturer to try to make it right instead of taking my time to do it.

The taillights, though, if they are not made and/or sent, and he wants out, I think the right thing to do would be to refund the money at this point. Even if they are already cracked open, I imagine someone else will come along and buy them eventually. And even if you have to sell at a discount, knowing there is a huge mark up, the hit isn't worth your losing goodwill.

I have been looking into something that has a reinforced roof with the tracks already...

Hoping to buy used...sell the tonneau cover and call it done.

I don't transport large items in the bed of the truck. So cap would make more sense so I can keep my work shit back there.

That’s pretty uncalled for young man i would Watch how you come off in this thread. He is the customer that paid you for a service. You aren’t earning any more based off your comments.

Do you have a black truck? I feel like it would be easy to find a cap for, or find a cap that would be easy to paint, as long as you're willing to drive a few hours, but I guess @Me. Projekt could disagree with me there...
