How much did all of that material cost?

Drove it to my knee doctors office to schedule my knee replacement next month and hit a small milestone on the way.

That's some low mileage for a 2015! Hope your knee surgery goes well next month.

I just finished putting Noico, CC Foam, and MLV(floor only) throughout the entire truck. Doors are easiest. Floor and back wall are Ok put VERY time consuming. Im fortunate to have another dail driver so I spread it out over a week. Did the roof last, that one was kindof a pain but helps if you have a buddy for that part.

Its such an insane difference that it actually takes some time to get accustomed to the new inside of your truck, at least for me it did...

I've already had one knee replaced so I already know what to expect.
The low mileage comes from being retired and not being able to get out and do all the things that we all take for granted everyday.

I have the OEM rack and fits like a glove with no gaps. I had a gap on the driver side but it was an installation error with that stupid clip. After messing with it, i got it to seat properly and its perfect.

    Define "messing with it" please.
I couldn't actually get the clip to insert into the bracket any more than just resting in the hole. I tried all sorts of angles, and even tried using a trim removal tool to wedge under the bracket so it didn't press down when I pressed down on the rack. #noluck

Doesn’t look too bad. I couldn’t get mine that good so ended up removing them.

I haven't been on in awhile. Been a little busy...but I did a thing...I've owned my truck since 2011 and never really cared much for how the outside looked until now.

Went from looking like this a little over a year ago...
    20160826_141009.jpg

    To this...
    20170820_092407.jpg

Switched the paint from 1E7 to 1H5 (Cement) and Raptor Lined everything. I can't afford a TRD Pro and I also hate the thought of owning a 3rd Gen, so doing the body work and having a good friend of mine paint was the obvious solution. The truck still isn't done. The front end needs sprayed with EZ Coat and I have to tape off a hard line for the chip guard around the bottom.

EDIT: Added a photo to show that corners weren't cut...we pulled the bed and doors in order to paint everything minus the engine bay.

I got everything on Amazon. The MLV was by far the most expensive. Not bad tho for everything

If i recalled correctly(6 years ago) i bent the bracket up and then press the rack down on the clip. It took several attempts but eventually it clipped in.

I'm hoping for a warm up to get mine put on soon as well. Those look good. I'd be inclined to hit those gaps with black Silicone RTV and call it a day.
