Thanks! I actually switched to a wheelers single 1.5" AAL. I really liked the feel of the 3 leaf, it was a very smooth ride. I switched purely because of the weight of the tent.

Thanks for the response man! Do you carry the tent year round? Any sag from the 3 leaf pack? Just wondering how long I can expect the AAL to last before i upgrade to full leaf pack hahaha. By the way LOVE the hightower or is it a last model Nomad?! i just built up commencal meta v4.2 and looking to build either a hightower LT or YT jeffsy soon!

Thanks! It was a fun little car for sure!
Thanks! I might bring the camo back... or maybe something new... who knows!
I don't know... I never had the 3 leafs on with the tent, but yes, I carry the tent 70% of the time. Thanks! It's actually a 2015 Nomad

Went out with my buddy @KP907 to get some more practice with my DJI Mavic, enjoy!

Well, since my last update, the truck has gone through some changes!

The thought of a snorkel had been running through my head for a while, and finally found a cost effective solution! So, I pulled the trigger on the Amazon Hilux 167 Snorkel and I think it looks WAY rad...

Here's a video I put together of this day:

Since we've been having a mild winter, I thought that it was time to to throw the tent back on! I stripped the old plastidip off the bed rack and squirted on some paint. I had been going back and fourth on whether or not to paint my prinsu rack, and many photoshops later, I went to town and painted that black as well! I think it really ties the truck together. I also installed my new headlights... and DAMN! These are the first aftermarket headlight for the second gen that actually looks good in my opinion!

Hey man. Super nice truck. Followed you on insta for a while then just randomly saw you had a thread on here which was amazing to find randomly !! quick question or two. what camera do you use to take your pictures ? and what do you use to edit them ? i would REALLY LOVE ago see a raw image next to the edited ones. Assuming you edit them. the color just pops so nice in your pictures . I only have a canon rebel sos t6 and i’m still learning it so this is the best i’ve gotten so far. hoping for some tips on how to make the ruck stand out like your pictures. cheers !

I gotta ask. Where did you get the "shut up hippie" stickers? Those are great.

Thanks! I shoot with a Rebel T4i w/a Canon 50mm 1.4. Good glass goes a long way, even if you have an ok body. Also, remember the "Rule of Thirds."

I was inspired by @inv3ctiv3, so I went to my local sticker shop and had one made lol

I picked up a new shell off of craigslist for 300 bones! Made a unistrut internal cage to support the weight of heavy tent, turned out great and does the job!

I really want a GFC, so its the next best thing lol

Never thought I would like a utility topper, but that is a really neat idea! Would be cool to fab up a cage similar to the GFC to give you a little more usable space.

Dog mod is awesome too. :D

I really wanted to find a topper that had tool boxes on the side, but they were all too long or too wide... I want to make something for my table up top so I just slide it out. Only time will tell to see how much room I actually need for all of my camping gear.

    Thanks! She's a handful!

Thanks man! I really do like the way it came out... I thought about wrapping it black, but I think white looks great!

Thank you! I just drilled 4 holes through the top, then secured it directly to the sell.
