the gc that reps the color green.

The last guy that threw scraps/trash off the deck to street level got his two checks pretty quick. The industry culture is changing.

One of my friends got his tires from discount tires, and they got slashed at the mall parking lot, discount replaced both tires for 30 bucks each.

Ahh ok i might have some relevant questions on points of view soon. Work safe man, and thanks for making it all work with your puzzle piece.

Throwing/dropping anything off the work floor or to street is a Joe move and money is deserved.

Being un-announced/sly oblivious to ones suroundings in a loud dangerous enviroment and under a connector is a bad move on said person. The Off limits is not a suggestion to anyone.

    Unfortunatly
I had to tell the last g.c+employees that dipped under the barricaed constantly. I will not feel bad if you get hurt in our zone. Phoning a crane, running iron, and connecting has no slot for baby sitting. Thus the washer reference, no room for hypocritical mindsets.

If that's the case, I'll just have to slash my own tires when they wear enough to need new ones. $30/tire is a steal!

Gotta do it before 50% or it's a wash. They pro rate the tire difference. More wear, = more money you pay. Or so I've been told.

Well, Discount's own website says there is no prorating, just that the tire has to have at least 3/32" tread left, and be less than 3 years from the purchase date:
    https://www.discounttire.com/customer-service/certificates

    From the website:
"There is no prorating, no disqualification for any reason such as run-on damage and no mileage adjustment. It is the very best tire certificate program we know of."

WA has it's own certificate version, and I don't see anywhere on the certificate that says it is prorated based on tire wear either:

    Yeah just noticed this also.

"At that time, our standard warranty was much the same as everybody's-just like today-based on prorating according to wear. So, we decided to innovate. How about offering a certificate which may be purchased at a reasonable price, that would provide for a replacement tire at no additional charge, regardless of wear, down to the legal tread depth?"

    Fuck yeah for discount tire!
