I say get the Premium since you mentioned replacing the headlights anyways. When I was shopping for mine I was looking for a base or Premium. I wanted the base because I didn't want the sunroof, but the base cost as much as the premium to option it with fogs and a few other things. The dealership had a premium in the color I wanted and basically no add-ons, which is what I wanted with the premium.
