What kind of mileage do you see with yours? you in the 10mpg range? I bet once you lift them and put bigger tars on them, they can dip into the single digits

 

I can get between 12-13, if I keep my foot out of it. The wifie drove it home from the movie on Sunday, and I don't think we were in that range. it was her first time behind the wheel, and she said, "the only bad thing about the truck is that you can't speed in it." I pointed out that she was doing 76 in a 65, and she just laughed. Damn Canucks...

Does anyone know if they make a cap for this? I haven’t researched it, just being lazy hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

 

Get you one of those rubber nipples from the hardware store. Kind of like what's at the top of some CB antennas.

Just didn't know if they have a cap that would screw on.

That's why I "de-soldered" and flipped the ends on my CB radio. I found a screw-on cap on eBay.

Buddy of mine had an '08 for a few years.
4" lift
33's or 35's depending on what was cheaper at the time.

He consistently got 8. No matter how fast or how slow. 8mpg.

 

Where did you get your LED switches from?
