    Thanks, we typically don’t cook on the woodstove, other than warming up maple syrup for pancakes, but we keep a pot of water on it to try to get a little moisture in the air.

    always had a taste for it myself. my dad described it as 'too green' tasting. i kind of agree on the green things whatever that means, maybe a little short with the hop bitter or something, but it's so unique. that mineral flavor in the water, nothing quite like it. one of the most drinkable beers i know.

    Nice! Last time we were at the brewery, we ran into the lady who they named the beer “ruby red bird” after. She came walking in after a break, and one lady said “that’s the lady who ruby red bird is named after!” And the lady was like “uh, hi...” gave a grin and walked off. She has worked in the production line for 35+ years, and they call her “RedBird”

    We get it in California too. It's a pretty widely distributed beer. A pinch of salt thrown in there livens it up some.

    Yea I knew Cali did, but I didn’t know how far north they have achieved in distribution. When we were down there last they were finishing up building the production and distribution add on to be able to get more out the door.
