    Too much.
Power bass is one of the companies that ********* uses. It'll do the trick as long as that harness for the tweets is good to go.

The Subaru tweeters don't fit 2nd gens.

I went with Rockford primes from crutchfield. I can't believe how much better even the primes sound. I did make my own tweeter adapters out of a cutting board.

Nevermind (talking to myself here) It's actually cheaper to get a ********* plug and play amp and the harnesses to run back and forth from the head unit vs swapping the head unit. Around $200 if you apply the discount code that comes up.

At least I don't have to go back into the doors and re-wire all the speakers and will have more than enough sound from these speakers.

No the kickers CS 6x9s for the fronts are to deep per crutchfield. That's the reason I went rockford.

I have to chime in again...I installed this a month or so ago, Subaru tweeters, kicker 6x9 3 way, 6 3/4 kicker rear and the noico sound deadining. I just drove home from school (night university after work) listening to Pink Floyd the Wall. It was sublime. Perfect mix of bass, mids and highs. I really don't think I'm going to add an amp or sub.... it's that good.

The 6x9's and 6.5's are plug and play. Just have to put the speakers in the brackets and plug up the wires.
The tweeters are not. I cut factory tweeter wire and ran it to the new tweeter. No big deal. Then i made a bracket for the new tweeter. You can buy them from taco tunes also.

If you want to send me the links to those speakers that seemed to have worked well as well as any info on your tweeter setup I'll update the OP with some 2nd gen info. I know we get someone on here pretty regularly asking what will work w/ 2nd gen so better to put it in the OP to help everyone out!

Tweets - you will need to order or make brackets for these (I used a thin cutting board from the dollar store and used the factory bracket as a template.)

This is a good option if you are keeping your factory head unit.

For the guys who are asking about the little white clips that were “lost” from the black upper trim and sail panel. Peel back the plastic inner liner between the door skin and the door. They are probably laying in the bottom of the door shell. How do I know this? Well... I pushed a few of mine inside the door while doing my install and that’s where I found them. They didn’t break, they just pulled or fell off.
And Thank OP, my truck Rocks now. But I still think I may hide a sub under the front seat.
    Suggestions please?

    Kicker tweeters, more to come...
Threw in the kicker tweeters tonight. Very impressed. Ease of install/price make it totally worth it and almost all I would need to do...but I have a sickness so now to buy the rest of the speakers and the noico deadening.

I did everything from the OP's post except the noise deadening. It is amazing, and I have no reason to go back and add the deadening, I am 100% happy. To think I ended up spending 250 bucks, when I was looking at a system that would of set me back 2,000.00 It might not be as good, but I have 1,750 bucks and I love the outcome.

Has anyone installed the kicker DS series speakers? I'm mostly interested in bass. Seems to be cheaper than CS, and same specs other than max wattage which is still plenty high for the entune system.

For my experience I asked Crutchfield and they said I would be better off from a quality standpoint. Also the price difference was not much so I went with the CS.
