    I've read that the coating on the supercharger rotors isn't methanol friendly. Would likely be better off tapping the housing post-rotor to cool the heated charge air. OV Tuned has mentioned this as something worth checking out.

    Methanol will wear the coating off. Which also loosens the tolerances of the rotors to each other. Minutely, but still.

    Easy tiger... Yes you’re right with proper size injectors you don’t... But spraying e85 on the rotors for supercharged applications has huge benefits

    I replaced my with a product from Figgs Engineering. Everyone chastised me for the cost of my little aluminum jewel, but it works! Mine leaked around the cap. Cap replaced; leaks returned.

    Eff ethanol and the corn lobby! That hydrophilic crap shouldn't be in gasoline at all. Waste of good corn, drives up the price of feed/food, and eats rubber. Good ol' high-octane gasoline is the answer. Irony is that you use nat-gas to distill the corn. As you were.

    It has been about a month since my truck has been all put back together.

    Before this I was getting a P0300 code anywhere from 1-5 times per week. Probably about 400 miles of driving each week.

    Since I put in my new injectors, I have only gotten a p0300 twice in a month.

    I cant figure out why this is occurring.

    Yesterday and the day before, a few times I would give it gas for mild acceleration and it pulled the timing or something, it had no power compared to normal.

    I also had the gaurdian feature activate 3 times in the last week and it hasnt done that since my fuel pump issues.

    Last thing to note, I get the P219A about every day or two. This has happened since the ucon install. I narrowed it down for when the light comes on. I will have been driving on the free way for 40 miles, pull off on an exit, sit at a traffic light idling for 10-30 sec and the light comes on.

    I dont know how to fix these issues, but Im going to take some more datalogs.

    Can you removed the ucon ems and see if those exact codes pop up again driving without it? I ask cause I’m not sure what your mods are. So many times, I tried fixing issues with my truck when it was the ucon all along. I think the more modded you are, the more problems a ucon can potentially give. It’s one reason why I love the TRD reflash. It’s consistent and reliable.
