    Change spark plugs in 2.7:

Wires are going to tear before they let go of the spark plug.

Any helpful hints to get the boots off the plugs without destroying the plug wire set?

    Thanks, David (Georgia)

    Welcome to TW!

If they are that bad off, you may want to get a new set.

    Thanks for your reply.

You're right, probably will destroy original set getting them off.

I just thought there may be some technique to get them off easily.

Sometimes, if their stubborn, I use a pair of pliers, and lightly grip the boot, and give a twist.
