What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Just put 1000 miles on the ole girl, installed LED bulbs for the headlights and also installed bed stiffiners.

 

Hey fellas, wondering if anyone could give me a little insight/advice. I’m getting some 16x8 Method NV’s installed on my truck this week. offset is zero and spacing is 4.5”. Will be running 265/75/16 KO2’s on them. I currently have 1.25” spacers on my stock wheels. My question is, will my tires/wheels stick out too much with spacers? Anyone have these wheels with 1.25” spacers that can upload a couple pics? Thanks fellas!

Lost trim clips and locked myself out of the rear door.

Replacement clips will be here Friday and I am grabbing a wire coat hanger from work to get the door open so I can re-attach the cables correctly. Figures after I re-attached it for the 4th and "final" time, with no prior problems, I fucked it up on the last one.

 

She came with the ‘85 4x4 with oversized tires and lift- I was the one driving the sissy red Bronco II. So yeah, she appreciates capability and rugged things

 

I finally washed it today! Also here are a few some simple mods that I’ve done over the last few weeks. Removed the B-pillar vinyl, debadged the V6 emblem, removed the OR sticker, new key FOB, installed an oem tonneau cover that I got from a tw member, added a cool hitch cover and added a sticker to support my Montana Grizzlys!

 

What lift kit is that ?? Also what is that wheel and tire combo ?? thanks!

That is awesome, I could see the people here in NJ loosing their mind if I put one on my truck.

 

Had this crazy idea on replacing the front grille. I kept my eye on TRD PROs black grille, nevertheless I hated chromed grilles . So off to a small project to plastidip the grille 《BLACK》. So I researched a bit on plastidip or similar products for available colors. One thing I noticed is that the grille bezel was another tone of chrome. So it figures out that my grille is black chrome and the bezel had that annoying chrome sparkle . I found this SMOKE PLASTIDIP , so I gave it a chance and voila! I even plastidipped the Toyota emblem with a hemi Orange.

 

Hope some EOD guys dont decide to play a joke on him and disrupt that bumper hitch cover!
