This is the second time it has happened op stated. The first time he thought someone had backed into the truck. So first damage was repaired and he was trying to get pic from the repair shop of first damage done. Now we are on to round 2.... are we caught up?:cheers:

I don’t believe the car wash did that.

Was this an automatic car wash at like a gas station or do they have people that vacuum, scrub and dry? I worked at a car wash for 2 summers in college and we fixed 90% of the issues that broke (Head lights, quarter panels, lots of trim, whole roof racks, etc.). There should be plenty of cameras to visuals see before and after videos of an accident like that. You should also do a visual inspection walk around every time because they do miss a lot of spots.

WTF!! I use auto car washes all the time and have never had nor heard, before this thread, of any damage like this. That impacted enough to cause the paint to chip? What is the name or type of car wash?

Usually do my own, but will only use a touchless car wash. Of course they have their own problems too!

I am pretty sure if you search the Forum you will find a couple Threads on it, I recall 1 other 3rd Gen and 1 2nd Gen. If memory serves me the 2nd Gen looked really bad, the passenger side was all bashed in.

Comprehensive repairs shouldn't. Make your insurance go up...who do you have for insurance?

So an automatic car wash did this to your truck.... twice?

Is this one of those car washes where they towel dry you car after it exists, if so, did you happen to watch the employees hand dry your truck with towels? Are you telling me , on two separate occasions these guys didnt notice that both panels were dented in.

Im calling BS on this story.
