    That's just a small shroud attached to the factory cover (I assume to shroud the bolt head).

    I attempted lining up all the elements using a scratch awl. I'm pretty sure the pressure put on the back of the factory cover caused the rear to bind up and not allow the factory spacer to line up with the threading above it. Obviously the install method involves resting the BPF skid on the rear bolts, so I'm not sure how this is supposed to work.

    Gotta remove the whole thing for 3rd gens. I didn’t think it was that big of a deal, my 370z has a plastic cover with (what seems like) 20 screws :frusty: now that, SUCKS.

    Okay, I've been away for a few months and I'm late to the game here.... Any chance I can get in on this??? I have a '17 TRD OR DCSB... and if anyone has experience here, will this skid plate interfere with mounting an SOS Slimline front brush guard/bumper ? Thanx in advance...

    Put mine on today. It comes with all you need. It’s kind of a pain to line the bolts and spacers up but I did it by myself in about 20 minutes.
