The nice thing with CBI is they normally keep things in-stock their leads times are typically based on their powder coater.

Yup, kind of like SoS concepts when he started out or other smaller local guys. Less overhead and a side job makes doing it cheaper easy

Sounds about right! I got me a front bumper and sliders from Demello off-road and I waited three to four weeks for them. Also they offered me a good price for both plus free shipping!
    Good quality too.

Holy balls that is a lot of money for sliders!? I had to go back and check how much I paid for mine because I knew it wasn't near that much. Granted, it was 2-1/2 years ago but I got mine from Jerry at BAMF for $240 (I think they were on sale from $300) and he has them on his website for $595 and a 12-14 week lead time now. I think mine were ready in less than 6 weeks too. Something is going on with prices on these things doubling in a couple years.

And then I paid a local guy I think $150 to weld them on and weld on CMC plates at the same time.

Ok I was off a bit, the basic, weld on sliders like I got from BAMF are only up to $375 now. It's the bolt ons with kickout and everything that are up at $595. I suppose you pay a premium for the convenience of not having to weld things on. The lead times only apply to bolt ons too. I'll take my firmly welded ones all day thank you very much.

A quality bolt is better than a shitty weld any day.

It was the same for my bumper. It just so happens those remnants were big enough to fit on the plasma table.

$200 maybe if you're talking about a DCLB, with filler plates and whatever other farkle you can put into a slider.

XO fab sells a DIY kit with all the bends and notches for under $200:
