And he mentioned selling his trail limo for some cramped 2dr sporty European vehicle. The guys like 6'4", there's no room in those things for him. :bananadead:

Bought a spare plate and quick release mount (fire extinguisher) from Ballistic Fabrication.
Working on some ideas for a spare mount in the bed up against the cab. Plan to attach to bed bolts and all three rails.
Fire extinguisher is to mounted in the cab within reach. Either in front of the seat (but will have to travel with seat) or right behind the center console.
    Ideas are always welcome!

Sadly, another Porsche is not in the plan. More like a Tahoe or Armada. If I thought I could get away with it without a divorce, a Stingray would be in my stable too.
    But....

Have a full steel bumper now but had my stock fogs in the outer sides of the stock bumper cover with the US mount, as there aren’t light mounts in the U S

No. It was a error in judgment but I sold it last year.
The spare will eventually be on a high clearance, swing out rear bumper but that's not in the financial 'cards' right now.
I would trim the oem spare cradle to fit the larger tire but prefer the tire not be located under the vehicle where it may be easily damaged .
So really, it comes down to funds right now. Winch and mount are the primary. I figure the spare mount will run about 200 in materials.

You didn't have the two tabs for pod lights? I wonder if those are only on the 2012-2015 version?

Buy a Camaro. They don’t sell so you can usually get them 7-8k under sticker. Not a Vette but there’s some bones there.

It does, but the stock fogs won't work on those tabs.

    EDIT.
    Went with white pods.

I am buying led pods to replace the 32" led bar that will no longer fit.
    Just wanted opinions.
I have the factory fogs but amber works better in fog, snow and dust.
Pods wont replace a 30" bar but I seldom use it anyway.
The other thought is to mount whites and angle them out to light up the trail sides a little better.
