Probably about a month to do a winch mount/winch swap install and bumper/winch install.....and some beer/whiskey drinking at Jim's.
It has to be coordinated between three people, job schedules and delivery dates!
Possibly a little trail running too!

 

My house is an alcohol free zone. A safe space.

 

Blew me away as well I paid 60$ for 1/4 in wall 2x3 and 1x1 plus 4'x6"x 1/4 flat bar. Then 4 hrs cut fit and weld 10 dollars in cutting and flapper wheels, if i had bought a 110 mig and bottle 600$ add 1.5 .120 dom tube 60$ I still would have been.. 750 after tax.

My coworker bought a new camaro ZL1 loaded for way under MSRP. Granted the zl1 costs more than a base stingray, it still has the same (but upgraded) motor as the ZR1 (pre-2019).

 

FYI - ordering the Relentless bumper tomorrow but it's going to be a 10-12 week lead time

 

You're awfully optimistic. Eric and Relentless is a great company but theres a reason the wait is so long since they make great stuff, just warning you to expect a longer time.
Do they still do the weld together yourself bumper kits? Im sure SnellFab would weld it together for a 6 pack

 

Well, I'm not surprised. It will be a nice bumper though!
In the meantime, I'm getting ready. Just ordered some pods from CaliRaised, searching for a winch, and planning to start as much of the wiring as I can (have a 4 way Blue Sea Systems switch, quick disconnects for plug in jumper cables, and more cable to make it all happen). Not sure where I'm going to put it all though!

I would love one. I saw them two years ago at the Rally. May be in my budget by the time Relentless ships the bumper, but probably not. Looking at Engo and Smittybuilt 9.5k or more.

Just hope it doesn't turn out like mine from BruteForce did. Quoted 10-12 weeks turned into almost 6 months at delivery, though I knew his lead times were up there.

They are great bumpers and I am very glad I got his design but damn that was a lot of coin to spend and wait on.

 

That's the same issue I had with CBI when I was about ready to drop 2200 on a high clearance rear and swing out. It is part of the reason why I chose not to at that time.

 

Had it only been a couple weeks or month I would have done it. But 6 to 9 months!

 

Soooo tempting. Is it a pain in the ass to install?
