I try to balance mine out as well. I usually have it fall within a hundred bucks or so either way.

 

Alright so @tacobell007 Drew is coming in to Boston next Saturday (2/24) to drink and whatnot. Who else is in the area and wants to come get up to some shenanigans?

 

Tell the ol lady you have to go somewhere and look at something and you'll be back later.

 

That's not being vague AT ALL.

 

My checks bumped up fairly significantly due to the new tax law, so I have to make sure I'm not going to end up way off for next year. I think they created the tax tables so the end result is the same, but I want to double check to make sure.

 

Tell us, how do you really feel about their organization?

 

Tell her you're going to the strip club with a few guys from TW. What's the worst that could happen?

Edit: I don't think we are actually going to the strip club. I hear the ones in Boston suck.

 

Oh! Tell her a guy from TW's truck broke down and you're driving in to Boston to help him fix it. Once you start talking about what broke she will probably get bored and let you go! If not, just keep talking about the technical problems until she does.

 

I highly doubt any of those "ideas" would work.

 

Maybe not, but they sure would be entertaining!

 

Although I don't think the rack on my truck is the best one for it, but free is for me, I really love the look with a nice rack over my softop.

 

I kinda find it nice getting a nice check from the gov; helps to bounce back after the holidays or get myself a new toy before the nice weather finally hits. Even if my check is smaller throughout the year, it hasn't been enough that you can't enjoy yourself or pay bills on time.

As long as the flakes aren't flying I could definitely be interested in some shenanigans. Works even better that the GF will be away No one to tell me that we're busy

True that. Don't think I'd be able to though...

Maybe next time though... Or maybe you guys can come over when I go up to Drew's, to get the suspension put on.

And I'm hopefully planning on meeting up with @Dgibson529 one Friday down at the Two Roads Brewery one day, since he's been working down in CT lately.

 

So still claim more exemptions, put the extra money into a high yield savings account, and by tax time next year you'll have more money back than the 0 interest the government gives you.

Wow, I claim 2 and I still ended up with a little back this year!

 

That's why I procrastinate on my taxes

 

Mine were done weeks ago.

All I wait for is my W2 and health insurance form. I can figure out my mortgage interest without waiting for that and know all my bank interest and property tax numbers anyway.
