Well stop that! I have a well-known stereotype that I am perpetuating (deserved or not is totally irrelevant) and you are not supporting that.

Your only thinking of the initial cost..it brings revenue with repeat rebuilds we all know we can bash our trucks with only a afternoon of downtime.

Here’s how i think- I don’t mind the initial cost as long as the people are already scheduled to back it up to replace the funds. You don’t spend the money and hope that people replace it that’s not smart shopping LOL
My endgame is to have the property next-door and get him a huge garage with a real lift and all the fancy tools he wants so he can enjoy himself over there and then we set up a full bar and a playroom for me where the garage is now LOL

Good insight didn’t think about that aspect only as the consumer. I promise you I’ll be a repeat as long as I have coilovers if not he will be the man to swap out the strut nobody else.

For sure... this would be something we would plan for many months out to give ample time to get everything situated.

The Tax check is going to provide me with either full set of gears and rear locker or full clamshells. I only have the one mechanic i trust, so you know Big Perm will be back for this soon! :)

An easy and fun trip most could take on short notice would be down to Mile Marker 45 - 50 @ the PINS. Could take over the beach and do some awesome fishing :mudding::oldglory:

No desire to camp on Texas beaches but I feel like I'm obligated to go at least once. Plus a big campfire in a sand pit sounds pretty rad.

The drive down the beach is the best part. Depending on the time of year and tides the drive can be flat and easy or it can be like one big sugar bowl. Camp fires are awesome. We usually dig out a 6 foot wide by 3 feet deep pit. Typically to get down to mile marker 50 and back you'll need a gas can or two. Its my 2nd favorite get away place. 1st is my property in Southern Colorado.

    I'd love a beach run.

Didn't get to go last year due to the hurricane taking out or rental house.

I've got all my fishing gear ready to go still from last year.

Working on a way to mount some rod holders to the bed.

May try and get on that this afternoon, probably not tho.

Just thinking about everybodys dirty engine bays inspired me to clean the dust particles off mine.
