After charging the battery Monday (dead from sitting) I drove the tacoma to work yesterday & today because i've been wanting to flush the hydraulic clutch fluid & change the oil. I've changed every other fluid as preventive maintenance except the clutch fluid. The bottom of the clutch m/c had this blackish colored thick residue in it that i couldn't get out so i replaced the m/c with a new oem Aisin clutch m/c. Hard to believe how much smoother the clutch feels with the new m/c & fresh fluid. Because of the response i got about the possible sale of my taco i wanted to mention that the wife and I are still debating whether or not to sell the camper. If we sell the camper chances are good that i'll be selling this truck so i can start building my FZJ80. I don't wanna sell the truck first & still have the camper because this truck is wired up for towing the camper with elec. brakes. After going over the truck today only thing that it needs to pass msi is a windshield due to a crack. Truck has 163,200 miles, it was 147k when i bought it & installed the 2003 69k mile motor so that means the motor has roughly 85k miles. If i sell i'll mention it here first.

 

I'm definitely going up to Sleepy Creek to fish the lake around that time. When the bass are spawning, that place is known for extremely good fishing. I'll be pulling my boat....fish early morning, wheel mid day, fish evening!

 

I'm curious about the details on the trailer. My wife probably wouldn't be. A boy can dream, can't he?

 

2014 17ft Spirit Deluxe. I ordered it with all available options except for the awning (i read on Casita forums it was flimsy) & their off-brand tv, i added my own name brand. I replaced all 3 steel wheels with new alloy mag wheels with SS lug nuts & canter caps. At that time i upgraded the OE D load tires to new E load tires. I ordered a custom made mattress for it that cost me $700 w/shipping from a company in N.C. called Southern Mattress, very comfortable. I added a frame hitch for hauling my bike rack & LED interior lighting. I'm 6'1 275lbs and i sleep & shower in it just fine. These are well built & extremely well insulated little campers. These marine grade fiberglass campers are very low maintenance compared to a stick built camper. I never thought a would consider selling but since the cabin purchase it just sits in my driveway. These lil campers have a cult following with organized rallies all over the country.
