sigh.... I hate corporate math... Gotta save 1M on labor but let's go spend 8M on some high tech fancy jumbotron screen in a auditorium...

Well, the labor hits profit and loss where as the jumbotron (should) hit balance sheet and doesn't impact profit. Kind of depends on the corporate strategy. Although, my initial thought is similar to you though, why try to save $1m but then go and spend $8m.

Walk into the garage.....and all my plans for the day are delayed, wife’s car has a flat, swap to a donut, and now sitting at Costco for a nice 2 hour wait, deciding if I want a hot dog or pizza or both.

Also side note, when my mind is faced with spending $400-500 on new tires, it takes a backroad and decides it’s better to patch the tire, trade it in + $5k down and leave with a new 4Runner today. Unfortunately my wife’s mind does not work the same and here I sit waiting now.

It’s her car, and she’s big on needing to test drive it and make sure it works for her, if not I’ll be paying for it in insurance when she’s crashing into shit everyday on the 10 while she merges.

Had a bizarre craving and may have invented a new recipe...

Hash browns, fried on a griddle, topped with leftover taco meat, with cheese sprinkled over top. Keep it on the griddle until the taco meat is hot and the cheese is melty, then scoop it onto plates and add whatever toppings/veggies/sauce suits your fancy.

The roomate indulged my stupid idea and holy crap was it good. I call them hash bracos.
