I may have jumped the gun on your entire post, but besides the upgraded tires, did you have to do anything else?

Your truck looks sick by the way!

is my math formula correct to find out the actual mileage? For odometer: current miles/current revolutions per mile = actual miles/previous tire revolutions per mile For mpg: current mpg/current revolutions per mile = actual mpg/previous tire revolutions per mile. example odometer=64.3/610=72.1/610 or mpg=17.5/610=19.5/684

I just figure out the percentage difference in diameter (8% for me) then multiply the amount of miles I’ve driven in a tank by 1.08. That gives me my true miles.

We both come to the same answers using different formulas so are answers must be true.

So my tires are supposed to be here on Friday (DC Extreme Country 255/85-16). I would like to install them on Saturday, but the last of my lift components won't be here until Monday. I don't want to get an alignment until after I have the lift installed. Other than rubbing, I don't think there would be an issue waiting a week (2 max) before getting an alignment. My question is how many have had rubbing issues prior to getting an alignment?
Stock TRDOR DCLB with stock wheels.

See my posts a few above this- when I lifted the front end my UCAs started rubbing on the inside of the tires. You'll probably need to get spacers to accomodate that in the absence of wheels with less offset.

I haven't gotten the spacers yet so I can't report on fender rubbing or any trimming/etc. I'll need to do.

So I run Cooper ST's (255/85/16) on stock everything right now but I did just buy the PTR13-35150 - Bilstein TRD PRO kit (2015 Pro suspension) and now I am wondering if this is going to cause me a rubbing issue on the stock uca's. I believe this kit will increase the front for me by 1.25 to 1.50". I only ask because I read what @Jibbs said after installing a OME setup.

I'm looking at just doing the tires for now. I received the PTR13-35150 Bilstein TRD PRO kit yesterday and my HS 3-leaf AAL will be in on Monday. I will hold off on installing the suspension while I learn more about the lift and it's affect on the UCAs. So with that being said, how far out was everyone's alignment when going from stock to 255/85-16. Can I give it a few weeks while I'm sorting the suspension questions?

Looks like we have similar setups. I got my kit earlier this week. I am still debating what to do for the rear. I currently run airbags with daystar cradles but I do not want to rely on those for leveling me out all of the time....

I went with the progressive AAL to maintain as much ride quality as I could without buying a whole leaf pack. I don't haul anything much with this truck so I am not as concerned with sagging as some are.

He's running aftermarket UCAs too, I wonder if they are narrower than stock. Curious if he was actually on stock wheels when he lifted too, because I see he isn't now, and even half an inch less offset than the stock OR wheels would probably clear the UCA. As it is, I'm only rubbing when my suspension actually articulates.

I also removed my sway bar when I did the suspension, I am vaguely curious if that has anything to do with it.

I changed my UCA to fix my alignment....I didn't feel like going to the shop every month for an alignment. I like my MPG...

I've been running the TRD FJ team trails since I bought the truck. It came off my old taco.

Is the only reason a 265/70/17 is the largest tire you can install on a stock suspension/wheels because of the upper control arm? Does the skinnier tire allow you to go taller because it's less wide than a 265/70?

OK. So those are 16x8 rather than the 16x7 of the stock OR rims. I'm not sure of the other dimensions (BS, OS, etc...) but that may be the fly in the ointment.
