Well that looks fun! Barnwell is bad ass. Would love to do some camping that weekend too while it's still cool out. I wasn't aware of that group/site. Is that new?

 

Free raffle tickets is my main motivation for volunteering, but also like to help the group. Might even win me a sweet set of bed brackets from their sponsor, First World Fabrication. I think @Tundra2Play and I got the last two spots for the obstacle course.

If i get there early enough, i might try to setup toward the front or maybe over near High Rollers Camp. Location could depend on how big of a group we have, though. We do need at least a quarter acre to setup John's camp condo though.

 

nah i think this is their 10th mega run

everyone, support the club and buy raffle tickets/shirts etc. They dont have dues to be a member, mega run is their ONLY source of income, if we want a mega run next year, we need everyone to pay for it this year

 

That looks like a blast but im already taking off 3 times in the next few months.

We're camping the friday night before the race at McKinney Falls. I need to schedule some more camping and MTB time in.

 

That's accurate if thats a pool of coolant its sitting in. If I zoom in close, i think i can see the zip ties holding on the front bumper too.

 

Not new that I know of, but just missed the $100 rate, pretty sure it went up after the 10th I think. But still a good event I bet and worth it.

Ready to get back out and get away from Tyler and do some camping.

Same here on the volunteering, since I won't be wheeling the truck may as well help out with the event.

May sign up to do the King of the Hill as well, but not sure yet...

I just need to know a place and have enough space to park my truck to where I have easy access to my fridge or my cooler since I may be lazy and not put the fridge in the truck.
