So I'm having this bumper installed, with winch and no hoop or LED cutout, and the mechanic just called me and said the brackets for the light bar wont fit with the bumper. The light fits just fine it's just the brackets.
This is the behind the bumper light bar that I have: https://caliraisedled.com/collectio...ota-tacoma-32-light-bar-lower-bumper-brackets

Any idea how I can get it to fit? Where I can find brackets to make it work?

This tacoma here has the bumper and the light bar behind the bumper, know which lightbar and brackets he is using?

    Thank you so much.

No idea, can you ask the owner?

I'd think you could just make some using a vise, hack saw and drill.

I'm not sure what the bracket looks like, but I imagine that you could just go to the hardware store, buy a piece of steel stock, cut to size with the hack saw, bend it using a hammer and vice, drill the holes you need to mount it.

Yeah I think this is my best bet. I’ve never done anything like that before, but I can try to figure it out.

    Thanks.

Keep in mind the light bar may not fit even still depending on which winch you went with, the clutch lever may also be finicky to turn if you didn't get the cutouts. That said I ran into the same issue, I abandoned trying to use that mounting location and installed a SDHQ behind the grill mount for my 32" light bar.

Having installed that lightbar, I'm not sure why the bumper would be an issue unless the bumper somehow modifies the crashbar bolt up location.

Pretty sure that is just the Heise light bar that you can buy with the bumper, which is the one I bought. IIRC, the bumper had a built in bracket that I was able to bolt the bar to. I don't remember using any other brackets, but it has been a few months since the install.

NVM, just realized you aren't mounting your light in the bumper, so I'm no help. Carry on.

Yup, have a 32" caliraised bar. Fits fine with the new bracket, though I could only use the upper mounting location due to not being able to get the grill back in due to clearance issues with the hoop on my SSO bumper.

I have the dual row lightbar, so that would be the thicker one if I understand what you are asking.
