question to the guys using an ARB locker. Do you have the air line inside of something like the plastic conduit for wiring? I'm reading in the instructions that you should make sure that its not close to something that can rub the hose and wear through the hose. Or am I just worrying to much?

Long time ago...I got shiet faced on sat night and didn't wake up early enough to take Mowgli out for his regular walk, he got pissed and tore the sofa apart and chewed electrical cable for zaccuzi and chewed all of the shoes that he could find....lesson was learned that day...never mess with Mowglis morning walk. He is 10 yrs old now, but still goes out for his morning walk daily

No direct experience with air line install, but on racing aircraft with various fluid lines, we would deconflict with any potential abrasive or cutting surface using adell clamps where possible, or really thick hose slit lengthways and fit over the line in question, zip tied to secure. But those all need clear routine visual inspection access.

On my old 4Runner I had it installed at a shop and they ran them bare all the way. Never had a problem. They were run clear of any body issues, but I always worried about a random rock flying and hitting the lines. Never happened. But I didn't off road it like I do the Taco. I think I'd run a cover of some sort now.

 

not much cheaper. I think I paid around 785 directly from Vin. Hard to trust CL half the time now.

 

Anyone around San Mateo reccomend a good muffler shop to do an exhaust re-route? Checked out one spot but wanted to get a nice bend/weld on it. They pretty much use the old school bend that leaves wrinkles. Hoping to get it done ASAP.
