So far so good. I kinda wish I had done a different color on the TRD Off road stitching. The leather cleaner has kind of dulled the silver.

Your seats look great! What have you done for care over the years as far as cleaning & conditioning?

I want katzkins, but I don't want to fish out over $1000s just for luxury looking seats that will be beat up by my 2 dogs. :(

I just use the Armor all leather wipes a few times a year. There are probably better leather care products but they are super easy. I use them on our Lexus too and it has also held up well.

Haha, that'd make a great story ... Rogue Katzkin employee buys 1st Taco 7 years ago, joins TW in 2012, contributes 1100 posts just to play the long con :spy:

Nice truck. I had a 2004 silver (lunar mist ;)) prerunner. You'll like the new leather.

Thanks man. I already love them, and everyone who's seen them so far says they look like seats from a high end luxury or sports car.
I appreciate your feedback on how you've cleaned / cared for yours over the years too

Another vote for Katzkin! Mine are relatively new though. Hopefully they hold up as well as some of y'alls!

Katzkin is a stand up company. Just like Weathertech. I knew something was not adding up from the beginning, because I have never seen any Katzkin leather on any vehicle at any price point that looked like that. They are a stand up company with a stand up product. I am not surprised that they took this opportunity to help him out and show what kind of company they are.

For anyone reading this in Arizona, the Katzkin dealer I used was Arizona Sun Tops. They were top notch, also. Came to me in Phoenix, picked up my car in the morning, and returned it to me with perfect leather in the afternoon. When a customer tore the tab off of the second row center arm rest, I contacted them to find out where I could get it repaired. I took the vehicle to their shop and they fixed it free of charge.

Since a couple of people have asked, I finally found out the leather (vinyl?) that was failing was Roadwire brand.

sounds like if you bought from toyota, they are the again fro the installers and are legally responsible....they are giving you bullshit of the first class.......i had issues with carpet from a big company.....the installer fucked it up.....the company tried to get me to work with the installer....nope, i told them I bought from you and you had them install.....they ended up replacing the carpet twice.....second installer fucked it up too....not I have great carpet......go back after dealer or get outside representation.

    Hey @RyanL,

I really like the way your seats turned out and they say that imitation is the best form of flattery. So do you think you could spec out your seats for me? I want to place and order for some Katzkins and it would be awesome if they turned out like yours!

    Thanks man

You bet, copy away my dude. I don't think I even have the exact colors written down ... I bet if you show them the colors they'll know exactly what it is. The light grey and charcoal-black colors are pretty common ones they use to match Tacoma interiors.
