If less than 1% is substantial then there's nothing I can say to that. There are thousands of customers who never have issues. The ones you hear about or see photos of are going to be the ones that encountered a problem. Otherwise, you probably wouldn't hear from them as well so I can see why you would assume it's substantial.

If a shop is going to damage one of our wheels during installation, they would probably damage any other wheel you bring them as well no matter the brand. Most tire techs will know what they're doing, but there are a few bad apples out there who aren't trained properly and/or have to work with outdated equipment. When that comes into play, there's absolutely nothing we can do about that. It's up to the customer's discretion to choose the right shop doing the work. You have some shops that charge $10-20 to mount/balance per wheel and then there are other shops who charges $30-40 per wheel. One would hope that you'd get the same level of service at either shop, but the truth is you're most likely not.

That’s why most online business reviews are terrible or great, people don’t comment on a job done as expected. Everyone wants to rave about how great their guy is or condemn the establishment that screwed up.

My advice is to get in touch with local car, truck, or amphibious vehicle owners that have a large network of other enthusiasts. They’ll share their experiences outside of SCS wheels and you can determine your relative trust with that shop.

Hey Vin, I need a 5th wheel. F5 Gunmetal 3.5". Your site says out of stock. Do you have a scratch and dent or one lying around available?

Ill have a set of Gunmetal F5s 16" 6 lug wheels for sale in March, if Vin has a set of Matte Bronze in his magic container of awesomeness! Thinking of switching to Matte Bronze.

Has anyone ran a BBK with the F5's? Is it possible to run a BBK with the 17x9? or 16x8 with -25offset?
