    I've always preferred salary. I hate tracking hours. But I've never held a salary job that necessitated putting in OT. Closest thing would be working seasonal jobs. Teaching at a ski resort over Christmas is pretty much 2 weeks of 12 hour days. Then 12 hours a week the rest of the year :rolleyes:



    Then again, I tend to take my work home with me a lot. Gotta get stuff done when inspiration hits.
